Property Intelligence data
Property records, photos, documents and service requests are visible only to the Victorious team members assigned to a property and to client users invited to that property. Internal notes, entry details and estimates are not client-facing. Photos are stored privately.
Sharing
We share only what is necessary with licensed contractors coordinated for your work, and with service providers that operate our systems. We do not sell client information.
Retention
Service records are retained so that your property history stays complete over time. You may request a copy or deletion of contact information at any time.
