Victorious Property Intelligence
How the app works
Three steps, from a new property to a client who can see it.
- 1Add propertyAdministrator or field team adds the property: name, type and address.
- 2Document propertyOn a phone, tap Start Field Visit: pick where you are (building, floor, unit or area), pick what you see, take photos, save. Repeat.
- 3Give client accessThe administrator taps Share With Client, picks or creates the client's login, then switches on “Show to client” for each item the client should see.
Who does what
Administrator (owner)
- Set up once at Setup with the private one-time code.
- Clients & Access: create logins, share properties with clients, assign the team.
- Preview as client on any property to check what the client sees.
Field team
- Field Tools → My Assigned Properties → Start Field Visit.
- Where → What → Photos → Save. Add buildings or units on the spot.
- Everything is internal until someone switches on “Show to client”.
Client
- See only your properties, and only the items shared with you.
- Tap Request Service to report a problem — you get a reference number.
Logins and privacy
- There is no public sign-up. Your administrator creates every login and gives you a temporary password.
- The app does not email passwords. Administrators share them securely — in person, by phone or a private message. Change yours any time with “Forgot password”.
- Internal notes, entry/access notes, estimates and costs are never shown to clients. Photos are hidden until shared.
- Signed in but see “no access”? Contact the administrator who created your login.
The Demo uses made-up sample data to show the idea. Real properties are only in the signed-in app.
